Below are some answers to questions you may have. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, contact us directly.

How do I order?

Browse our products. Select the required sizing and colour and push ‘add to cart’ for the items you would like to purchase. When you have finished browsing, go to your cart and complete shipping and payment details. We’ll send you an email to confirm your order has been received.

How can I get help with my order?

Please contact us by phone in business hours or drop us an email and we’ll get back to you the next day.

What size should I buy?

Small age 2-4 years, medium age 4-6 years, large 6-8 years.

When will my order be dispatched and how long will it take.

We aim to dispatch within 3 days of payment however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Order payment and online security

Order payment is managed by PayPal. All financial transactions take place on Paypal’s secure system. When you go to make a payment you are redirected to Paypal’s high security website (Gollygo does not store your credit card details). From here you can either:

  • Pay directly from a Paypal account
  • If you don’t have an account with Paypal you can simply set one up, then make payment
  • Or if you don’t want to establish an account, you can easily pay directly with your credit card

Paypal utilises the following security processes:

  • Encryption with SSL – secure socket layer, protocol
  • 128 bit encryption (highest commercially available)

Can I return my purchase?

We are more than happy to exchange items that are the wrong size or change of mind– simply send it back to us (this will be at your expense) within 14 days with the returns slip completed. Contact us for assistance.

What if I receive a faulty item?

If you do receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item we will either exchange or refund. Please contact us for assistance.

Do you have stores I can shop in?

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If you believe your order has been lost please contact us for assistance.

What if I am sent the wrong item?

If you do receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item we will either exchange or refund. Please contact us for assistance.

Do you sell gift cards?

Will you deliver to my country?

Our flat rate shipping applies to New Zealand and Australia (please ensure you enter the right shop here. For shopping out of these countries please enter the ‘Australia’ shop, you shipping will be calculated at the shopping basket.

How much is delivery?

Our flat rate shipping applies to:

  • New Zealand $6.00 nzd – applies to all orders processed and delivered within New Zealand.
  • Australia $10.00 aud – applies to all orders processed and delivered within Australia.
  • International $25.00 aud – all other orders are processed by Gollygo Australia for international delivery.

When we run a free shipping special, it only applies to product orders to be shipped with in New Zealand or Australia. International orders will use the same flat rate detailed above.
